Somewhat vain. Another gift from Walter. Short-tempered and sharp-tongued, Whoopie is a bit of a diva—meaning that, for better or for worse, he fits in well among Manaka's collection of miscreants. While Whoopie isn't one to let himself be overshadowed, he doesn't share the jealous streak that runs through much of Manaka's team. Nonetheless, he's too headstrong to ignore a direct challenge, and it's rare for him to pass up an opportunity to flaunt what he's got. Whoopie and Charlotte can often be found gossiping together, though their barbs aren't always reserved for other Pokémon. Evolved April 2, 2017. Reached lvl 100 July 8, 2017.
