Impetuous and silly. Licorice is the baddest dude you'll ever meet... Or so he thinks, anyway. The truth is, while he pretends to be a cutthroat killer, he flusters whenever one of his would-be victims pushes back even a little bit. As a result, most of his attempted shakedowns end with him on the ropes—something that even the smallest of Manaka's Pokémon have realized. He might bill himself as top dog, but in reality, he's at the bottom of the food chain. But there is one thing Licorice is as good at as he claims to be: petty theft. His most prized possession is a pair of sunglasses he nicked from a tourist on the Sevii Islands, which he wears constantly. He also likes to steal pretty trinkets and present them to lady Pokémon as gifts, but so far, none of Manaka's Pokémon have responded to his advances...
